This custom home project for a couple out of Northern Virginia came to our attention directly through Sue, who was researching custom builders in the Charlottesville area. The team of High Caliber and architect Sherri Tracinski proved to be the best fit for Fred and Sue.
A number of universal design elements make this home very “aging in place” friendly– an elevator, wide halls and doorways, a spectacular barrier-free shower in the Master Bath and a very open floor plan with extensive hardwood flooring.
Nestled nicely in the wooded setting, this home truly has the feel of a French Country Cottage.
